Gentle Weight has many articles about the use of weighted blankets for different issues. It includes lots of info on how to chose which one is right for you. It also has reviews of weighted products including blankets, vests, lap pads, and wraps. This website is an Amazon affiliate for weighted blankets. They don’t sell these products themselves.
Finally, the last article is really helpful for figuring out if a weighted blanket would work for you. The Assessment Quiz at the end of the article doesn’t work, though. I would check carefully before ordering anything from Lora’s Weighted Blankets as many of their links don’t work.
