Do you have asthma? Do you sometimes dread going outside or to public places? Do perfumes, cleaners, and smoke make you wheeze, cough, or get short of breath? Do any of these things cause your asthma to act up? They make my symptoms much worse. This post has only been published on “The Mighty” website due to their guest post policy.
