How the air we breathe affects asthma

Do you have asthma? Do you sometimes dread going outside or to public places? Do perfumes, cleaners, and smoke make you wheeze, cough, or get short of breath? Poor air quality can cause an asthma attack. This is an article I wrote about what I wish others knew about asthma. It includes tips for avoiding asthma triggers. Do any of these things cause your asthma to act up? They make my symptoms much worse. This post has only been published on “The Mighty” website due to their guest post policy.
